Korean Pumpkin Porridge-Children’s Favorite
Overview
Every time I go to eat Korean barbecue, my son’s favorite is pumpkin porridge. I told him that he was not interested in eating barbecue, but when he was told that he could drink pumpkin porridge, he immediately started eating! Pumpkin clears away heat and dehumidifies, which is very suitable in autumn when people tend to get angry. It also promotes digestion. If your child has food accumulation, you can drink some pumpkin porridge to strengthen gastrointestinal motility and relieve the discomfort caused by food accumulation. Learn it by yourself. You can make it whenever you want. You no longer have to wait in line for pumpkin porridge~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pumpkin, steam it for 5 minutes, then cut it in the middle and steam it for another 10 minutes. (You can also cut it and steam it directly)
-
Mix glutinous rice flour with cold water. Stir quickly while adding water to avoid lumps
-
After the pumpkin is steamed, remove the seeds and scoop out the pumpkin puree with a spoon.
-
Use a juicer (or food processor) and add water to puree the pumpkin
-
Has become "pumpkin juice"
-
Add the beaten pumpkin puree to the cooking pot. Turn on medium heat and heat for 10 minutes
-
Pour in the prepared glutinous rice flour water and stir constantly, otherwise the glutinous rice will easily burn into the pot. Continue to cook for 8-10 minutes (you can add a small amount of glutinous rice water first and taste it, because some friends don’t like to eat too thick, so they need to add less glutinous rice)
-
Add rock sugar and keep stirring until it becomes a little thick. Once the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat. Add a little salt before serving for seasoning.
-
Serve the bowl and put a few wolfberry berries as decoration (wolfberry is a tonic, so if it is for children, don’t put it in).
