Umeboshi, vegetables and meat box
Overview
My mother-in-law made a lot of prunes for us. I like to eat them, especially when they are made into noodles. This is why my weight has always been high. I will eat all the prunes first and then reduce them. I also need to dig through the flowers to make some steamed buns!

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the prunes in water for about an hour.

Wash and add water to boil, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Add baking powder and water to the flour and mix into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.

Chop the sandwich meat into rice.

Pour the boiled prunes into cold water, squeeze out the water, and then chop into foam.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add a little more oil, add the prunes, stir-fry for a few seconds, remove and let cool.

Add chopped meat, green onion, ginger, and sugar. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, fresh chili powder.

Stir vigorously in one direction.

Divide the risen dough into small portions.

Roll out the dough into a thin shape and put it in a mold, then fill it with appropriate amount of filling.

Press firmly.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the wrapped prune box, add a little water, cover the pan, and cook over medium-low heat until the water dries up.

Flip and fry for a few dozen seconds until both sides are golden brown.
