Ingredients: flour, cornmeal, matcha powder, yeast powder.

Mix flour with matcha powder.

Mix the yeast powder with appropriate amount of water and sugar and let it sit for a few minutes.

Add a portion of the yeast water to the flour, mix into a matcha powder dough, and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Mix cornmeal and 30 grams of flour, pour in the remaining yeast water, knead into a dough, and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take out the fermented matcha dough and knead to deflate it.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.3 cm and use a Christmas tree mold to carve out flower shapes.
