Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp
Overview
Our family loves shrimps the most, so shrimps are the most common in my house. Today I cooked garlic vermicelli shrimps, and my son liked them very much.

Trim off the beards of the shrimp and rinse them

Soak the vermicelli in water for 15 minutes

Garlic, ginger, green onion, minced

Pour light soy sauce, sugar and salt into a bowl and mix thoroughly

Add oil to the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Pour in the juice prepared in step 4 and bring to a boil

Drain the soaked vermicelli and put it into a bowl

Place the shrimp on top of the vermicelli

Pour the prepared juice on the shrimp, put it into the pot and steam it for 8 minutes over high heat

Garnish with chopped green onion and small chili pepper before serving
