Put 245 grams of cake flour, 5 grams of milk powder, 3 grams of yeast, 30 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, 125 grams of milk, and 35 grams of whole egg liquid into a bread machine bucket, and mix into a dough

Add butter, knead the dough until it expands, and ferment until it doubles in size

After deflating, divide into 6 equal portions, each portion is about 75 grams, round and let rest for 15 minutes

After turning it over, fold it up and down toward the center line

Fold it in half again and pinch to seal

Place the seams downward into the baking pan. My baking pan is small and can only hold 5. The other one is filled with bean paste and deep-fried. It is fermented until it doubles in size

Brush the surface with beaten whole egg liquid, and pipe the puff batter for decoration into an S shape

Preheat the middle rack of the oven to 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes until it starts to color, remove from the mold immediately and let cool before sealing.
