For a box of fat tofu, turn the tofu over and cut off a corner at each of the 4 corners at the bottom. Because the fat tofu is relatively tender and will break if you pour it out of the box if you don't pay attention, the tofu processed in this way will be relatively complete.

Use a knife to open the plastic seal on the box, being careful not to scratch the tofu. Place gently on a clean chopping board.

Gently slice the tofu into thin slices with a knife, then drag the tofu onto the plate with the knife.

Mix 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of mature vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little grated ginger, 1 coriander, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to make a bowl of sauce.

Pour the sauce over the tofu. For daily consumption, just cut the tofu into slices and pour the sauce on it. For better visual effect, I used a whole block of tofu.
