Others like to eat steamed eggs, but my family has been steaming eggs with milk for many years. I think the egg custard steamed with milk is more tender

Crack the eggs in a bowl and stir them up, making a Z-shape. Don't stir in circles, as that will make all the foam come out

Pour the milk and stir well

Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes. Put it into the egg steamer. If you want it to be more tender, sift the egg liquid through a sieve

Just steam for 15 minutes. If using a regular steamer, steam over low heat for 20 minutes

Steamed smooth and flat

I like to add some vinegar, light soy sauce, and some sesame oil to eat it. You can also add sugar to make it sweet
