Orange biscuits
Overview
Orange shredded biscuits are crispy cookies that are sweet but not greasy. What I like the most is the strong orange flavor. The recipe is very simple, especially suitable for novice bakers~~ (The recipe comes from Mei Yiyi, a food blogger I like very much)

Prepare materials
-
Add salt to the orange peel, wash it, and grate it into shreds. Add a little sugar to the orange peel and marinate it for 10 minutes
-
Add potato starch, corn oil, sugar, orange juice or water to the cake flour
-
Add the pickled orange peel
-
Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take out the dough, roll it into a thin sheet, use a mold to press out the biscuit embryo, and pierce the biscuit embryo with a fork
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, heat the middle layer up and down, let it color for about 20 minutes, turn off the oven and take it out after 10 minutes, so it will be crispier.
