【Shiitake Mushroom Choi Sum】---Simple ingredients, delicious taste
Overview
The dish of shiitake mushroom caps and cabbage sum has always been my favorite. Two ordinary ingredients, combined through simple cooking, combine the most delicious flavors of each other. It is a particularly refreshing vegetarian dish, light and delicious, suitable for both adults and children.

Steps
-
Prepare mushrooms and cabbage and wash them.
-
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little cooking oil, then add the cabbage and blanch it, remove and place on a plate. (Salt is added to the water to add flavor to the vegetables, and oil is added to keep the green color of the vegetables being blanched)
-
Put the mushrooms into boiling water. (It takes about 10 seconds, you can also omit this step, but personally I think the taste of flying through the water is more tender and smooth)
-
Heat a little oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
-
Add half a bowl of water, oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
-
Stir-fry evenly and cook briefly until the mushrooms are cooked.
-
Arrange the cooked mushrooms on the plate with the choy sum already on it.
-
Add appropriate amount of water starch to the remaining soup in the pot to thicken it into a thin gravy.
-
Pour evenly over the mushrooms and choy sum on the plate.
