Steps
-
Wash the mung beans and put them into the rice cooker. Add a small amount of water so as not to cover the mung beans, just like steaming rice. When the water dries up, the button will automatically pop up and simmer for half an hour. The mung beans will burst open without any moisture at all
-
Fry a little glutinous rice flour until cooked
-
I use a rolling pin to roll the mung beans into powder
-
Without sifting, add a little glutinous rice flour and mix well. Add sugar (you can add more sugar if you like it sweet). Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and olive oil. You can control the amount yourself. Knead everything with your hands.
-
Gather the mung beans into balls of whatever size you want and press them into shapes using a mold
-
After cooking, just put it in a crisper and refrigerate, but it should not be kept for too long
