After removing the heads, shells, backs and deveining of the prawns, add 2 tablespoons of salt and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine and wash thoroughly.

Add a little salt (a little), pepper, and 20g of flour.

Mix well and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers into small cubes and set aside.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces and rinse with water. (It won’t be bitter after washing)

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot and lightly fry the shrimp until they change color.

No need to pour the oil, put half of the minced garlic in the oil used for frying the shrimp and fry until it turns slightly brown.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the other half of the minced garlic and shrimp and stir-fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, stir-fry evenly, and add 100ml of water.

Boil for 2 minutes and it is ready to serve. The juice does not need to dry up. It is delicious only if it is juicy.
