Homemade tofu

Overview

Some dishes may not be famous dishes, nor are they made with expensive ingredients, but they are dishes that we will never forget. The dishes have a very ordinary taste but make people miss them. No matter where you go, you can always remember the taste! This is home cooking! Home-made tofu is one of my husband’s favorite home-cooked dishes. He said that this dish is more delicious than the meat in restaurants, hehe

Steps

  1. Wash all ingredients and set aside.

  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

  3. Cut green onions and garlic sprouts into sections, slice peppers, and slice garlic cloves.

  4. Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the tofu cubes, and quickly spread them out.

  5. Fry until one side is golden and then turn over.

  6. Take out the fried tofu cubes and drain the oil.

  7. Leave oil in the pan and saute garlic cloves until fragrant.

  8. Add tofu, garlic sprouts, green onion roots, chili peppers, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and stir-fry.

  9. Add a small amount of boiling water, salt, chicken essence, garlic sprout leaves and green onion leaves, and stir-fry for a while. Remove from the pan.

  10. Very homely homemade tofu is on the table!
