Rape, Pork and Wheat Cake

Today I used small rapeseed seedlings to make wheat cakes. They are fragrant, soft and delicious.

Clean the rapeseed seedlings.

Blanch in boiling water until soft, remove and cool.

Drain and cut into pieces.

Put the rapeseed, chopped green onions, dried shrimps, and minced pork belly into a large basin, add salt, oyster sauce, and minced garlic, mix well, and divide evenly into 5 portions.

Mix 300g flour, 10g oil, and 225g water with chopsticks to form a dough, cover and let rise for an hour.

Divide the risen dough into 5 portions.

Flatten the small dough, roll it out and wrap it with fillings, close the mouth and place it with the seam facing down.

All wheat cake embryos are ready.

First press down in the middle with your hands, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a pancake.

Heat a pan, add wheat cakes and fry for 2 minutes, wait until the wheat cakes are half cooked and change color.

Flip and brush with oil, cover and sear for about 2 minutes.

Flip over and brush with oil, cover and cook for about 1 minute.

Flip and cook for another 1 minute.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it, or you can hold it whole and enjoy it.
