Licorice Chicken Legs
Overview
The baby likes to eat the chicken legs I made the most. The little soup left at the bottom of the pot can be mixed with the boiled noodles without wasting it

Prepare materials

Peel the skin off the chicken legs, score them with three knives horizontally and once vertically, do the same on the reverse side, and slice the ginger

Take a pot, add appropriate amount of water, add chicken legs and all seasonings

Add about 20 ml of soy sauce, I used Donggu Yipin fresh soy sauce

Turn on high heat and simmer, turning twice in the middle to make it easier to absorb the flavor. Stew until tender and reduce the juice. Plate and serve
