Pour the digestive biscuit crumbs into the baking dish and flatten with a spoon.

Let the cheese sit at room temperature to soften.

Beat with a mixer.

Beat the egg yolks well.

Pour the egg yolk liquid into the cheese three times and continue to beat.

Pour the yogurt into the cheese in three batches and beat.

Pour in the light cream in three batches and beat.

Mix cornstarch and flour until evenly mixed.

Sift into the whipped cheese.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and gently tap the bottom of the oven to release any air bubbles. Place in the oven at 140 degrees and bake in water bath for about 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from mold, let cool and store in refrigerator.
