Taiwanese Cheese Potato
Overview
Cheese potatoes are a famous snack at Fengjia Night Market in Taiwan. Fried potatoes are cut in half and loosened, then topped with fresh ingredients, and finally topped with a fragrant cheese sauce. The yellow and clear taste is already mouth-watering. Dozens of ingredients, such as shrimps, king oyster mushrooms, octopus, smoked chicken... and other ingredients, bring out the texture of baked potatoes to the fullest.

Peel and wash potatoes.

Boil (20 minutes) and mash potatoes. Then add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper.

Add Ricos cheese sauce and milk to the baking bowl, add it at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, take it out and add salt to taste.

Dump the mashed potatoes into potato-sized balls, dip in bread flour, fry in 180 degree oil pan until golden brown and ready to serve.
