There are many ways to make minced pork and eggplant in various places. I didn’t study other ways to make it, so I just made it according to the home-cooked taste. The National Day is booming and I wish everyone a happy holiday.

I used my own eggplants, which are also crooked and cracked, so I used a lot of them and cut them into pieces as shown in the picture. It’s a good idea to use a chopstick and it’s hard to cut them off;

If you do, be sure to boil the red oil first and then add other condiments)
