Overview
I couldn't eat a big piece of toast, so I changed the recipe and made a small piece of toast. I’ve always wanted to make this leopard print toast, and today is just the day. If you like to make big toast, just double all my ingredients:

After basically fermenting for 1 hour (fermented to 2.5 times the size), how to test the successful fermentation: Stick your index finger on dry flour, insert it into the dough, if it does not shrink back, then it is ready
