Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature in advance

After the butter has softened, add the sugar

Stir evenly, no need to whip

Add 1 tablespoon egg liquid

Mix well

Pour in chopped cranberries

Mix well until there is almost no dry powder

Knead the dough with your hands

Prepare the rectangular mold and cover it with plastic wrap (this mold is homemade)

Put the dough into the mold and flatten it (if you don’t have a mold, shape the dough into a rectangular shape by hand)

Cover with plastic wrap, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour until the dough becomes firm

After the dough is frozen hard, take it out and tear off the plastic wrap (you can preheat the oven at 160° for 10 minutes)

Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into long slices, then into long strips, and finally into small pieces of 1cm*1cm

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, place in the preheated oven, middle rack, heat up and down at 16° for about 15 minutes
