First dissolve the brown sugar in warm water, add baking powder to the brown sugar water, pour it into the flour, and ferment the mixed dough until it doubles in size

Roll out the dough into a thin crust and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the dough

Stack the dough from bottom to top and cut the dough into equal parts with a knife

Cut each equal portion into 2 parts, being careful not to cut off the top

Take a piece of cut dough and twist it into shape as shown

Twist the dough with a slip knot, set aside to rise for 10 minutes, steam for 20 minutes over high heat
