  1. Prepare materials

  6. Place the dough on the chopping board and flatten it, use a rolling pin to roll it into a sheet, use a knife to cut off the irregular parts around it, trim the dough into a rectangle, and use a knife to cut it into small rectangles

  7. Place the cut rectangular pancakes into a baking pan and brush the surface with a layer of beaten egg yolk
