Margaret Cookies
Overview
I have been making margaritas for a long time, but because it requires the use of cooked egg yolks, I have never made it because I find it troublesome. I saw the allusion to Margaret today, and it suddenly inspired me ~ It’s so meaningful, I must do it!

Sift the egg yolks and add the butter. Sieve the low flour starch and sift in. Stir until there is no dry powder.

Flatten with your thumb. If the dough is too dry, flatten it with your palms and then press it with your thumbs.
