Stir-fried mushrooms with vegetables
Overview
Stir-fried green vegetables and mushrooms is probably the most popular dish in home cooking. Very simple to start and easy to learn. This is the flavor I made, but I personally prefer it anyway

The first step: wash the mushrooms and green vegetables and cut them into pieces and prepare them! Minced green onions, shredded ginger, minced garlic, and shredded chilies are all ready and placed on the plate for later use.
-
Step 2: Light the fire (low heat), pour oil (rapeseed oil is best, if you don’t like it, just use the oil you usually eat at home), and then add all the accessories.
-
Step 3: Then pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry, add some salt.
-
Step 4: If the pot is too dry and has no moisture, add some water and stir-fry, cover the pot and simmer for a while.
-
Step 5: Pour the green vegetables into the pot and stir-fry for a while. Taste the taste to see if it is salty. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry. (If you don’t like white sugar, you don’t have to add it. I just add a little bit. You can sprinkle some chicken essence before serving. I don’t eat chicken essence and MSG, so I omit it here)

Step 6: Stir-fry green vegetables and mushrooms and it’s done! It looks pretty good. (If you add a little shredded chili pepper, you won’t be able to taste the spiciness. It’s just for the color and deliciousness.)
