Overview
Pumpkin is rich in starch, protein, carotene, vitamins B, C and calcium. It is warm in nature, sweet and non-toxic. It can be used as a vegetable or as a food substitute. It is especially suitable for obese people, diabetics and middle-aged and elderly people.

Wash, peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces

Weighed glutinous rice flour

Put the pumpkin in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, take it out and stir it into a puree while still hot
