Coconut milk roll
Overview
This is an Internet-famous bun made earlier this year; in addition to milk, coconut milk and coconut mash are added, so compared to other types of bread, this one is softer and extra fragrant. During the baking process, the whole house is so fragrant that it almost loses the sense of smell; the texture of the finished bread is also superb. Maybe a careful kisser will ask? I made it earlier, why didn’t I think of uploading the recipe until now? Hey: I may not believe it when I tell you the reason; I was operating this bread with high hopes at the time, and the whole process was quite smooth; but in the excitement of waiting for it to be baked, something happened: because I had just used a new oven, and I was not very familiar with its temperament; by baking the bread at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, the effect was It was great; but I wanted a whiter effect, so I thought that the desired effect could be achieved by increasing the temperature and extending the time. So I baked it at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. When I saw that the dough was still white after baking for 15 minutes, I continued. The result: the finished bread was darker in color and lost the effect I wanted. So I have been struggling and wondering: should I post this recipe or not? Now that I think about it, I might as well post it. Although it’s a bit minor, I still think about it overall; I sincerely hope to do better next time~~~
