【Braised Prawns】--- Celebrate the Chinese New Year with great success
Overview
This is the third dish to be served during the New Year’s Eve dinner, braised prawns. Shrimp is a favorite food of our whole family and is often boiled. But during the Chinese New Year, of course it needs to be in full swing to make it festive and lively, so I use red braised shrimps. First fry the shrimps until their skins are crispy, and then coat them in the sauce. The taste is sweet and sour tomato sauce. This dish is simple and easy to make, even a novice in the kitchen can make it.
