Homemade yam stir-fry
Overview
I came back from playing outside for a day. I ate too much at noon and planned to save some money for dinner. However, I had to think about tomorrow’s lunch. I dug out the ingredients at home and made a homemade yam stir-fry to prepare for tomorrow’s lunch. I like dishes with bright colors and layers, and the nutritional combination is pretty good hehe

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash, peel and slice the yam, soak in water and stir-fry
-
The meat slices are prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. (Fresh pork slices, add cooking wine, cornstarch, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, and dark soy sauce, mix well, fry the onions and ginger, and stir-fry the meat slices)
-
Soak black fungus in warm water for hair (soaking hair in warm water is faster)
-
Wash carrots and green peppers and cut into slices
-
Add lard (it’s my husband’s suggestion to use lard, lard is more fragrant), add dried red pepper, onion shreds and peppercorns and fry until fragrant
-
First put the carrots into the pot and stir-fry until soft, add seasoning (because the carotene in the carrots only dissolves in oil, so stir-fry separately first), then add the yam slices, the meat slices in sequence, and finally add the green pepper and stir-fry together

After all the ingredients are stir-fried, turn off the heat, add chicken essence to enhance the flavor, and serve on a plate. The color is pretty good and the nutrition is enough
