【Hunan】Spicy oil tofu

Overview

Tofu means good fortune and is a sign of having children and good fortune, so it is loved by everyone in our hometown. On the 28th and 29th of the twelfth lunar month, every household is busy making tofu. The prepared tofu is fried until golden brown and can be stored throughout the Spring Festival. There are many ways to make fried tofu, but my favorite is to boil it in water until soft and then fry it. The tofu made this way has a moist texture and is very tasty. The more you eat it, the more you like it.

  1. Slice fried tofu, cut green and red pepper into diagonal slices

  2. Boil half a pot of water, pour the fried tofu in and cook until soft, take out and drain the water

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the green and red peppers and fry until soft
