  1. Wash the required ingredients and set aside

  2. Slice the pork belly into slices, about half a centimeter thick.

  5. Stir-fry until fragrant, pour out some oil, add ginger slices and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Pour the small fresh mushrooms and garlic into the pot and stir-fry!

  7. Stir-fry the cabbage until soft and add a little warm water.
