Pork Belly and Braised Chinese Cabbage

Wash the required ingredients and set aside

Slice the pork belly into slices, about half a centimeter thick.

Cabbage cut into sections

Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the pork slices

Stir-fry until fragrant, pour out some oil, add ginger slices and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the small fresh mushrooms and garlic into the pot and stir-fry!

Stir-fry the cabbage until soft and add a little warm water.

Stir-fry several times and add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and a little oyster sauce.
