Braised tofu with cabbage and vermicelli in fresh soup
Overview
It is a very light stew, and the stewed soup is milky white. Unfortunately, I put it aside after finishing this dish and did not take pictures immediately. By the time I finished another dish, the small amount of soup had already been absorbed by the vermicelli. However, in this way, the vermicelli was super delicious and fresh.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Cut the tender core of cabbage into large pieces.

Add the tofu to the pan and fry until browned on both sides.
