Overview

It is a very light stew, and the stewed soup is milky white. Unfortunately, I put it aside after finishing this dish and did not take pictures immediately. By the time I finished another dish, the small amount of soup had already been absorbed by the vermicelli. However, in this way, the vermicelli was super delicious and fresh.

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.

  5. Take another pot, add boiling water, add the washed vermicelli and continue to boil.

  6. Pour the fried cabbage and tofu into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of salt and cook together with the vermicelli.

  7. Cook until the soup turns white, add coriander segments and chicken essence, and serve.
