Onion-flavored potato pancake
Overview
Adapt the potato leaf pancake from "Pan Baked Dessert" into scallion-flavored peach pancake. I've long wanted to make potato leaf pancakes, but I haven't been able to make it into the schedule. On such a slightly unusual day, I suddenly discovered that shaping a leaf into the shape of a longevity peach can also give it a special meaning. The usual birthday cakes and birthday peach buns/steamed buns have long lost their novelty and popularity. Why not try another trick and use potatoes to make birthday snacks? There happens to be a peach shape in the mooncake mold, so you can print uniform birthday peaches, but don't expect too much on the pattern on the surface. Once both sides are fried, most of the patterns will be flattened out. There is really no pattern. It is not the result of frying, but the mashed potatoes cannot escape from the mold and have to become flat peaches. It doesn't matter, as long as it has a peach shape. The effect is really good, both sides are fried golden and the potatoes are fragrant.
