Wash the peas and dice the carrots.

Blanch carrots and peas until raw (add water and salt).

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Add the minced meat, stir-fry over low heat until the water is dry, add one spoon of cooking wine, a small amount of salt, two spoons of light soy sauce, and one spoon of oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry over low heat.

Add blanched carrots and peas (no need to add salt).

Put on the plate and cook. It is delicious whether served with rice or as a side dish.
