Delicious lotus root cake
Overview
In order to prevent my son from being picky eaters and provide balanced nutrition, my exclusive secret is to use ingredients that my son doesn’t like to make foods that he likes. This lotus root cake is the product of this kind of thinking. Lotus root is rich in nutrients, but my son would not eat it as usual, whether cold or stir-fried. However, my son likes to eat pancakes the most, so I made lotus root pancakes, and my son was very happy to eat them. The crispy lotus root is wrapped in the mixed aroma of ham, onions, green garlic, and eggs. It’s so fragrant!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add salt, pepper, and eggs and mix well.
-
Add flour and water to make a thinner batter.
-
Heat a pan, brush with cooking oil, and spread the batter into small round cakes of even thickness. I'm used to using aluminum pans, and the baked cakes are golden in color, even, and don't burn the pan. This pot is old and doesn't look good, so please ignore it.
-
Fry until it changes color, then turn over and fry for a while.
-
It’s out!
