Lamb kidneys with coriander and cumin

The first time I made it, I added coriander and cumin. There was no strange smell and it tasted pretty good.

Remove the membrane from the lamb kidneys and cut into strips.

Place in a bowl and rinse repeatedly.

After washing 4 or 5 times, add cooking wine.

Scratch and rub separately and wash again.

Boil water in the pot again and add the washed kidneys.

Heat it over high heat until it changes color.

Rinse off the scum and set aside.

Clean all side dishes and cut into shreds.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add coriander stalks and green onions and stir-fry.

Coriander stems change color.

Let go of the kidneys.

Stir-fry over high heat and add light soy sauce evenly.
