A creative way to eat potato pancakes, others have multigrain pancakes and I have shredded potato pancakes

Ingredients: potatoes, eggs, ham slices, lettuce, and coriander are ready

Three kinds of sauce are ready

Take a spoonful of each of the three sauces, add a spoonful of boiled water, mix well and set aside

Peel the potatoes and grate them into shreds. Add a little salt

A spoonful of starch is mixed evenly

Chopped coriander

Blanch the lettuce in boiling water to kill it

Heat the pot and pour in appropriate amount of oil

Pour the shredded potatoes into the pot and spread them out

Fry over medium-low heat until the shredded potatoes change color and add an egg
