Super delicious matcha pudding
Overview
I love matcha deeply, but my Mr. Liu doesn’t. However, this matcha pudding is his favorite. Every time he talks about making this, his eyes light up. You can imagine how delicious it is. The method is also super simple, no oven is required, just stir and mix, and then refrigerate.

Steps
-
Soak gelatine sheets in ice water until soft. (Note that the water must be edible)
-
After the milk and whipping cream are mixed evenly, add the powdered sugar and heat over low heat to about 40 degrees Celsius until the powdered sugar melts.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of heated milk cream (about 100g) into the matcha powder, mix them evenly with a tea sieve, and try to mix until no matcha particles can be seen.
-
Pour the mixed matcha liquid back into the milk cream liquid and stir evenly with a manual egg beater.
-
Take out the soaked gelatine sheets, squeeze out the water and put them into the matcha pudding liquid. Use the remaining heat to melt it and stir evenly.
-
Pour the prepared matcha pudding liquid into the pudding bottle, put it in the refrigerator, and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours before eating.
-
When eating, you can squeeze whipped cream on the matcha pudding and sprinkle with matcha powder.
-
Add a few cupcakes and it's a beautiful afternoon tea.
