Fresh rabbit thighs, washed and trimmed of ribs and oil;

Cut into large cubes, put into a bowl, add cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sweet potato starch and a little water, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Cut green peppers, red peppers, green onions, and ginger into pieces.
