Wash and dice the apples.

Melt the butter in the pan, then add the diced apples and sugar and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the diced apples until soft and then add water starch to thicken it, and the apple filling is completed.

Let the apple filling cool.

Add the apple filling into the tart shell, don't fill it too full, or it will overflow.

Just fold it in half like this.

Preheat the oven to 185°C and bake the apple pie for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take it out, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for another 15 minutes.
