Almond and peach cake
Overview
When I was a child, my family was not rich, so I was very happy if I could eat a few pieces of peach cake. My parents were reluctant to eat a piece of peach cake once in a while, and always left it to my brother and me. Now that life is better, I remember the taste of the past, so I baked some myself and gave it to my parents, reliving the love and support of the family in the difficult years. The days are getting better and better, and remember to never forget the original intention.

Mix oil and sugar and stir well

Add eggs and mix well

Sift the flour, almond flour and baking soda into the mixture

Mix well with a rubber spatula

Knead it into a ball with your hands (you don’t need to knead it very smoothly, it just needs to be able to form a ball)

Divide the dough into small pieces of about 25 grams

Roll the small dough into a round shape, place it on oil paper, and press it into a cake shape with your palms

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds

Put it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. After baking, place it on the baking rack to cool. Complete @_@
