Baby biscuits
Overview
This biscuit is very simple to make and is suitable for babies over 1 year old. Babies like the round pattern very much. It is small and can be eaten one bite at a time. Because it is for children, there is no baking powder or other ingredients added. However, since it contains half of the cornstarch and egg yolk, the texture is very crispy and has the feeling of melting in the mouth. In any case, it is safer than buying it from outside.

Steps
-
Bake all the ingredients together and knead them into dough. Knead them repeatedly to allow the oil, egg yolks, sugar and dough to evenly combine. If the humidity is right, don't add water. If it's too dry, you can add a little water.
-
Put plastic wrap on the table, put the kneaded dough on top, and cover the remaining half (because the dough has too much oil, it won’t be able to shape when rolled out directly, so it’s easier to roll out if it’s sandwiched between the plastic wrap
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a half centimeter thick pancake
-
After rolling evenly, lift up the plastic wrap on top
-
Use cookie cutters to cover the cake with designs
-
After covering it, put your hand under the plastic wrap and use your fingers to pull it out.
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or you can leave it alone. Place the cookie dough on the baking sheet
-
Place it on the top shelf of the oven and set it to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

After it cools down, store it in an airtight jar to prevent moisture. It’s good whether you eat it yourself or give it to a friend.
