Chinese Countryside Cilantro Pizza Sauce
Overview
I live in a small town, and if I want to bake, I have to buy everything online. Because I don’t make pizza often, I have never bought pizza grass online. But sometimes I want to make it on a whim, so I think about what to use instead of pizza grass. Coriander has a unique aroma, which I have always liked. I have never come into contact with real pizza grass, but I have eaten pizza. The pizza sauce flavored with cilantro is somewhat similar to the pizza you eat outside.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the tomatoes and dice them, and chop the coriander, onion, and garlic.
-
Put it into a food processor (if you don't have a food processor, chop the coriander, onion and garlic a little, and dice the tomatoes the same way, but cook them for a longer time until the tomatoes are rotten).
-
Start the food processor and puree everything
-
Mash the pork and add a little salt and white pepper to evenly coat it. (The picture is of five yuan worth of meat. In fact, you can’t use that much. I only used one-fifth of it. I used the rest to make shiitake mushroom stuffing.)
-
Heat oil in a dry pan, then add pork and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in the mashed tomato sauce and cook with the pork. Add black pepper, salt, sugar, and a tablespoon of vinegar and cook until thickened (season according to your own preference. When seasoning, remember what it tastes like when Pingjin eats tomato sauce).
-
In addition, I chopped some cilantro and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, turning it into dried cilantro. When I want to make pizza, I put it on top.
