Sour Meatball Casserole

Are you worrying about what to cook for your children every day? With this pot, you can have an appetizing meal and your children will shout that it’s delicious. Yesterday I stewed beef with two dried peppers. My child said it was a bit spicy, so today I changed it to sour soup. Using tomatoes and tomato sauce, adding a little white vinegar, and adding some mushrooms, it is delicious and appetizing. This soup rice is a very enjoyable meal. If you don't like spicy food, you can add some hot sauce and it will be perfect.

Pre-made meatballs. Also available in the market. This is from my refrigerator.

Prepare your favorite mushrooms.

The tomatoes can be sliced and diced after washing.

Prepare some vegetables.

Prepare the seasonings. chopped green onion.

Preheat oil in a casserole, add chives and fry briefly.

Add the meatballs and fry for a few times.

Add tomatoes, and tomato paste.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and add light soy sauce and white vinegar.

Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms and bring to a boil.
