Shredded pork and pickles
Overview
Our family doesn't like pickles when eating, so we fry one plate at a time and take a small plate at a time. It goes well with rice or porridge. When the weather is hot, you can put the fried pickles in the refrigerator and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds each time.

Material preparation. I soaked the shredded pickles for three hours, otherwise they would be too salty.

Fry shredded pork in hot oil until cooked.

Add chili, onion, ginger, and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded pickles and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry until evenly colored, then pour a small amount of water and stir-fry the pickles until cooked.
