I really like to eat tofu puffs, especially the salty ones in the north. However, the ones we sell in Guangdong are filled with sugar, and a serving of tofu puffs is quite expensive. I thought about making my own tofu puffs. While thinking about it with my mother at home, I bought some glucolactone online. I saw other buyers making the recommended amount, and I tried making it once and it was successful. It was so good that I made it myself if I wanted to eat it after I returned to Guangdong~

  1. Soak 90 grams of soybeans overnight in advance.

  6. Melt 1.7-2 grams of glucolactone with a little boiling water and pour it into the soy milk, stir quickly and evenly.
