Wash the pig intestines thoroughly

Bring a pot to a boil, add ginger, green onions, wine and pig intestines, cook over medium heat for 90 minutes

Rinse the cooked pig intestines with water to remove some of the fat and grease you don’t like

Take a pot, add all the seasonings and an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil

Add the pig intestines and cook over low heat

Cook all the ingredients until your teeth can tolerate it, reduce the soup to 80% dryness, turn off the heat, remove and cut into pieces, place on a plate, top with marinade, and serve
