Yogurt Honey Bean Toast
Overview
I received a new yogurt machine from Dongling and it made yogurt in 8 hours. I wanted to try making yogurt toast. After it came out of the oven, it felt amazing. The toast was so soft that I thought the toast was not cooked yet. It was so soft that 1/3 of it was eaten before it cooled down. Adding honey beans gave it a richer texture. It is a first choice for breakfast

-
After washing the fermentation tray of the yogurt machine, pour boiling water into it and scald it. The lid should also be scalded
-
Pour 500ML milk and 70g yogurt
-
Mix well and close the lid
-
Put it in the yogurt machine to ferment for 8 hours. After fermentation, you can put it in the refrigerator and eat it
-
Put the yogurt, olive oil, sugar and salt into the bread bucket
-
Add flour, dry yeast, and eggs and activate the dough button
-
After a dough kneading process is completed, take out the dough and put it into a plastic bag, drain the air out of the bag, tie the mouth of the bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight
-
The next day, take out the dough and pour it out
-
Use a rolling pin to gently press and deflate the air
-
Round
-
Divide into three parts and roll into balls
-
Take out a piece of dough and roll it out. If the dough is too humid, you can use a little flour to prevent it from sticking
-
Put an appropriate amount of honey beans
-
Roll up
-
After rolling everything out, put it into a toast box, cover it with a damp cloth and place it in a warm place to ferment until it is 9 minutes full
-
I fermented it in the oven, and it was full in an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the middle and lower layers and bake for 40 minutes. After about 10 minutes, the coloring is completed and you can cover it with tin foil
-
After baking, unmold while hot and let cool. You can put it in a plastic bag and seal it for storage. This is a super soft girl
