Whole grain health rice
Overview
Whole grains are not only rich in protein, carbohydrates, minerals, etc., but also contain certain trace elements, such as iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium, etc., which are more abundant than fine grains. These trace elements are of considerable value to human health. Coarse grains are also richer in potassium, calcium, vitamin E, folic acid, and bioflavonoids than fine grains.
