  1. Wash the cowpeas, remove both ends, cut into small sections, and 2 peppers.

  2. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the cowpeas.

  3. Cut the chili pepper into small pieces, cut the wild mountain pepper into small pieces, chop the chives, mince the garlic, and chop 1 tablespoon of the pepper.
