Wash the cowpeas, remove both ends, cut into small sections, and 2 peppers.

Boil the water in the pot and blanch the cowpeas.

Cut the chili pepper into small pieces, cut the wild mountain pepper into small pieces, chop the chives, mince the garlic, and chop 1 tablespoon of the pepper.

Immediately cool the blanched cowpeas in clean water and drain.

Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of salad oil. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic, chopped pepper, and wild mountain pepper, and sauté until fragrant.
