My daughter and I especially like to eat bread, and we usually make it two or three times a week. This time I put three kinds of fillings into the small meal buns I made to satisfy everyone's different tastes.

  1. Put the main ingredients into the bread bucket

  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes and then ferment it

  3. Tear the risen dough into small pieces, add salt, sugar and butter diagonally and knead again for 30 minutes

  4. After 30 minutes, the dough will be very smooth and you can pull out the film

  5. Prepare 3 kinds of fillings, bean paste, purple sweet potato, and meat floss

  6. Divide the dough into 9 even portions and rest for 15 minutes

  7. Press into a round shape and add filling

  8. Wrap into a round shape, place on baking sheet, and ferment again

  9. Brush the risen bread dough with egg wash, and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds and oatmeal according to different fillings

  10. Preheat the oven and bake at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring
