(Baby Complementary Food) Pork and Chicken Floss
Overview
My daughter is 7 months old and eats a little porridge with an egg yolk every day, so I am thinking of making some meat floss for her to eat so that she can have a companion when eating porridge in the future

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare and wash the meat
-
Cut into pieces
-
Add aniseed and dried red pepper to the pot and bring to a boil. I put these things in to remove the fishy smell. The cooked meat will not smell fishy when taken out
-
After cooking, remove the soup stock
-
Tear it into shreds by hand. This is a big project. It took more than half an hour to tear several pieces of meat
-
Then chop it up a little
-
Put the bread machine into the meat floss mode and add a little soy sauce, about the size of a fingernail
-
Stir stir stir stir stir stir stir stir stir stir
-
Bake bake stir stir
-
Ding ding ding, okay, it’s fragrant, soft and fluffy, just keep it sealed
